We always try to respond to the ideas, fantasies and needs of the children. Parties, excursions, topics in the morning circle and much more are also designed by the children and accompanied by a specialist. With us, the children are taken seriously and they experience that their whole personality is "welcome" and valued. The implementation is often carried out using different voting procedures. 

► Complaint management

Children have rights. That's why we not only have a protection and sexual concept, but also a child-friendly complaints management. Each child has a different way of expressing a complaint. These are passed on to the facility management and processed together with the children.
